We believe that therapy is an investment in yourself and your journey towards wholeness and restoration. We value the work we do during our time together and charge accordingly. 

 

Sessions are 50 minutes long and are $160 for master's level therapists and $210 for doctoral level. Each client is responsible to work out payment arrangements with their therapist.

We are in-network providers with most major insurance companies, including Premera, Regence, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Kaiser Permanente, and others. Please contact your insurance provider prior to your first session to find out the specifics of your coverage and limitations. 

 

We also believe therapy should be accessible to everyone, and as such we have a sliding-scale option available on a case-by-case basis.
