Individuals, Children, Youth, & Families

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate

I believe therapy provides a unique opportunity for healing as well as exploring and understanding our emotions and behavior. I work primarily with children, teens, young adults, and their families, and I adapt and tailor my approach to each individual client so they can best reach their personal goals. I provide a faith-based counseling approach that focuses on the mind, emotions, behavior, and spirituality. I believe taking care of the whole person is essential in helping every client succeed.

My approach is primarily focused on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which entails examining our thoughts and emotions to fully understand our behavior. I also use techniques from emotion focused therapy and family systems therapy. Using various techniques and tools from each of these models of therapy provides me with a well-rounded approach.

My prior experience working at Northshore Youth and Family services and Navigate Family Therapy included working with youth and their families to develop the skills

they needed to address reoccurring issues within their home and school life as well as provided a safe space to be open about the emotional burden’s they were facing.

I was born and raised in Washington and received my master’s degree in professional counseling at  Grand Canyon University. In my free time, I enjoy traveling and spending time at the beach as well as coaching King’s High School Cheer.
